Chef Tony of the Outer Banks Brewing Station: New Orleans style BBQ shrimp over cheddar and house made tasso grits with a mini biscuit
Group A: Chef Brad of Two Roads Tavern: New Orleans shrimp served with a honey corn bread and topped with a PBR spiced butter sauce
Group B: Chef Mike of Mama Kwan’s: Hot honey shrimp over a cheddar cheese grit cake with spicy cucumbers and a garlic aioli
